Infant Massage Journey
Infant massage can be performed on children of all ages, starting from birth. My classes are for ages 0 - 12 months.
If your baby is mobile, I recommend bringing some toys or books to help keep them in one place while you practice the massage with them. The classes are "baby-led" so even if they are distracted, or not wanting to participate, there will be opportunities for you to observe others performing the strokes and plenty of refreshers each week. I do not currently hold classes for children over 12 months, but adaptations for older children will be discussed in our classes.
